<h2>1. Introduction</h2> <p>Welcome to KuwaPRO. By accessing our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. KuwaPRO provides an e-learning platform where instructors can create courses and students can consume them.</p> <h2>2. Secure Video Streaming & Anti-Piracy</h2> <p>KuwaPRO employs enterprise-grade DRM, including AES-128 HLS encryption and token-based access control. Video streaming tokens have a short-lived 1-hour time-to-live (TTL) and are silently refreshed for active viewers. Any attempt to bypass DRM, extract decryption keys, scrape M3U8 playlists, or download videos using unauthorized tools (e.g., yt-dlp) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.</p> <h2>3. Instructor Terms and Fees</h2> <p>Instructors retain ownership of their content. Revenue is split based on who drove the sale (Instructor-driven, Platform-driven, or Affiliate-driven). Instructors are subject to platform fees unless specifically excluded by our administration. Note that transaction fees still apply to all sales, even if a platform fee exclusion is granted.</p> <h2>4. Affiliate Program</h2> <p>We offer an Affiliate program allowing users to refer students via personalized referral links (e.g., ?ref=username). Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying sales. Fraudulent referrals or manipulation of the referral system will result in the forfeiture of commissions and account suspension.</p> <h2>5. Content and Quizzes</h2> <p>Instructors may include quizzes within their courses. Students are expected to complete quizzes honestly. Cheating or sharing quiz answers is a violation of these terms.</p>
